When I first started my business, I was doing all the things—posting content, building offers, hopping on calls—but my income was up and down like a rollercoaster. Some months were great, others made me question if I should even keep going.
Turns out, I wasn’t the problem. My lack of a system was.
Most businesses don’t fail because of bad ideas or lazy founders. They fail because they’re missing structure. Here’s what I mean:

Underpricing offers out of fear or imposter syndrome, which leads to doing more work for less money

Even a thriving business on the outside can quietly crumble if the numbers aren’t being watched. You don’t need to become a finance expert, but you do need to treat your money like the lifeline it is.
A solid sales system helps here too—because predictable revenue makes managing your cash flow way easier (and way less stressful).
